The good night talk was a pedagogical instrument of Don Bosco to instill Christian Values by giving them some “Spiritual Food” for thought before the students go to sleep

Youth Encounter Program

All students of Don Bosco TVET Center Balamban undergo the Youth Encounter (YE) – Virac Model. It is a basic Christian formation program for the young “made in the Philippines” adopted by the Catholic Bishop’s Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) in 1986.

The program is a process whereby youth participants are brought to a better and closer understanding of themselves as persons and as Christians in a community and with God.

The YE Program is a very important component of the Pastoral Services of every Don Bosco TVET Centers in the Philippines

Bosconian Induction Program – DUX SALES

The Bosconian Induction Program – using the modules of DUX SALES is designed for the new trainee’s personality development, leadership training and team building.

The program aims to develop one’s self-esteem, resolve trust issues, enable the trainee to work and participate in a group and to develop problem solving skills.
