The staff of Don Bosco TVET Center Balamban were able to finalized the “Risk Management Plan Manual”(RMPM) last August 9, 2021. The process started many months ago with the stake holders attending a Risk Management Plan Seminar organized by the Don Bosco One TVET Philippines National Office, then last July the staff had a 2-day presentation of the skeletal components of the RMPM and did the SWOT Analysis. Finally, last August 9 they drafted and approved the RMPM. The next step is to have it checked by Ms. Romelia “Poupee” S. Mendina and then eventually by October 2021 its implementation.
