Don Bosco TVET Center Balamban’s Fr. Brian Butanas and BOT Member Dr. Ynclino IV paid a courtesy visit at the Office of Honorable Dondon Hontiveros. DB Balamban hopes to partner with the DH25 Foundation in future TVET Training to the poor youth in the peripheries.
